Key Responsibilities:
- Give personalized skincare consultations and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Recommend and promote skincare products to meet customer needs.
- Stay updated on skincare trends, techniques and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in skincare treatments or product consultations.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
- Passion for beauty, skincare and wellness.
- Sales ability is a plus
