Dwellion Design is hiring a Site architect to supervise and manage different parts of their construction projects. The Site architect will work with the members of the team to plan and manage the construction sites.
Job Overview
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Architecture
Experience Level: Intermediate level
Experience Length: 3-5 years (post NYSC service year)
Salary Range: Negotiable
Location: Lagos Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preliminary site inspections.
• Organize materials and ensure safety standards.
• Ensure required tools and equipment are available and in proper working condition.
• Monitor construction and planning process and advise contractors, engineers, and architects on process improvements and operational enhancements for the construction projects.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
• Authorize working drawings and details, and other construction documents.
• Create work schedules and communicate any changes to members of the team and client or representative.
• Gather data, compile reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks and schedule meetings and training sessions where required.
Ensure quality standards.

Job Requirements

• A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, building technology or related course of study.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Very good written and verbal communication skills.
