Job Title - Showroom Manager
Location - Lagos.
Key Duties:
- Welcome and engage visitors, ensuring an outstanding customer experience from the moment they step into the showroom.
- Quickly master product knowledge and confidently articulate the features, benefits, and applications of bulletproof vests, ballistic helmets, security solutions, smart metering, and power management technologies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and guided showroom tours that are engaging, informative, and tailored to the needs of different visitors.
- Own the showroom experience by maintaining a professional, well-organized, and visually appealing environment that enhances product appeal.
- Respond to inquiries with confidence, addressing client concerns, providing recommendations, and seamlessly directing them to relevant departments when needed.
- Take initiative in promoting and selling the company’s products and services, proactively engaging visitors with a persuasive and consultative approach.
- Assist the sales and marketing team by identifying potential leads, following up on client interests, and supporting showroom events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, continuously improving knowledge to position the company’s offerings effectively.
- Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or sales-oriented role, such as
- showroom sales, luxury retail, client relations, hospitality, or technical sales.
- Exceptional confidence and communication skills, with the ability to speak persuasively and respond to questions with clarity.
- A proactive learner who can quickly absorb technical product knowledge and explain complex solutions in simple, engaging terms.
- Prior experience in technology, security, or power-related industries is an advantage but not mandatory—strong sales and interpersonal skills will be prioritized.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to take ownership and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring an exceptional showroom presentation at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₦500,000.00 - ₦600,000.00 per month
