Contractors can finally ditch the patchwork of CRMs, schedulers, and measurement apps; Aether’s trade-trained AI agents do it all in one workspace.

Our proprietary computer-vision engine and intent database cover 400 million properties across North America and Europe, powering 3× faster sales cycles, up to 50 % lower CAC, and leaner field teams. We rocketed to $1 M ARR three months after relaunch, with 100 k+ projects processed for 40+ mid-market and enterprise customers.

Now we need a vertical-video ace to turn those numbers—and our product magic—into thumb-stopping Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.

What you’ll do

• Own the vertical-video pipeline. Plan, storyboard, record, and edit 6- to 20-second spots that highlight multiple trades (roof today, heat-pump tomorrow).
• Blend real UI + AI magic. Capture product flows in Screen Studio , pull cinematic B-roll from Sora / Veo / Runway , and composite everything in Butter (or the tool you love).
• Animate the Aether story. Pop roofs off houses, overlay neon scan lines, flash quote PDFs, and show our AI agents doing the work.
• Ship, learn, iterate. Partner with Growth to A/B-test hooks (“Skip ladder climbs” vs. “No truck rolls”) and roll insights into the next cut.
• Build the template library. Create reusable intros/outros, LUTs, and motion presets so future editors can swap service verticals in minutes.
  

You’re a fit if you …

• Have 2+ years crafting social-first video ads or motion graphics (agency, brand, or freelance).
• Can show a reel of vertical work that mixes motion design with screen captures or SaaS demos.
• Are fluent in Figma plus a motion editor (Butter, CapCut, After Effects, Resolve, etc.).
• Have hands-on experience with generative-AI video (Runway, Pika, Sora, Veo) or can’t wait to master them.
• Know safe zones, text-under-20 %, thumb-stop hooks, and why 95 % of Reels play muted.
Love shipping fast, reading performance data, and iterating without ego.

Bonus points for

• 3-D chops (Blender, Cinema 4D) to create pop-out house models and service overlays.
• Paid-social know-how (Meta Advantage+, TikTok Ads Manager).
Familiarity with any home-services vertical (roofing, solar, HVAC, landscaping, etc.).
