Union Systems Limited is in search of a senior software development executive personnel who had led teams and oversees other software developers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will

Lead and oversee teams of software developers, from entry level to those with 15 years work experience.

Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while following standard operating procedures.

Be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all assigned software-related activities, including design, development, testing, and maintenance while working with other stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

Not less than 20 years work experience out of which 15 years should have been in senior management level.

Possess a strong understanding of software development principles and practices

Experience with the use of diverse modern programming languages

Strong technical background in software development

Excellent leadership and communication skills with high display of emotional intelligence

Project management experience.

Ability to manage budgets and timelines.

Experience with various software development methodologies and tools.

Remuneration is very attractive but based on level of experience.
