Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Presales Engineer, located in Lagos with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, offering presales consultations, assisting in sales efforts, integrating solutions, and ensuring security measures are in place. Additional responsibilities include BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, conducting site surveys, and designing tailored solutions to meet client requirements. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs, delivering technical presentations, and creating custom solutions that align with specific project objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in presales, technical support, and solution integration within the ELV, communications, or security industry
Strong technical support and presales skills
Experience in sales and solution integration
Security expertise
Proficiency in BOM creation, site surveys, and solution design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
