Job Overview:
Kids FM is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator to join our vibrant media team. If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, pop culture, and engaging digital content for a youthful audience, this is your chance to shine.
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, experience creating promotional materials, and a knack for crafting content that connects on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling flyers, posters, brochures, and digital ads for shows, events, and campaigns
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms images, short videos, GIFs, reels, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and production teams to align visuals with brand goals
- Schedule and publish content using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Monitor social media engagement and suggest improvements based on insights
- Maintain visual consistency across all materials and platforms
- Stay updated on design trends and digital media best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio (flyers and social media samples required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formatting
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Experience running social media ads or using scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite
- Motion graphics or animation experience
