We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to be a supportive force who empowers our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers.
Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we require the ideal candidate to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.
Executive Support & Time Management
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritize engagements, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Schedule internal and external meetings, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely preparation.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and provide proactive support to optimize daily workflow.
Communication Management
- Act as a first point of contact for internal and external communications to/from the CEO.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, emails, and presentations.
- Triage and respond to routine inquiries on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.
Strategic Coordination
- Track and manage action items, decisions, and follow-ups from external, internal partnership and board meetings.
- Coordinate strategic projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO.
- Maintain dashboards and performance tracking reports related to CEO-led initiatives.
Stakeholder Liaison
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the CEO’s office in a professional and polished manner.
- Ensure seamless coordination with other departments and business units.
Meeting & Travel Management
- Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and presentations ahead of meetings.
- Record meeting notes, ensure timely follow-ups, and track outcomes.
- Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas and logistics.
Confidential & Personal Support
- Handle confidential documents and information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist with occasional personal matters to support CEO effectiveness and focus.
Required Skills/Abilities:
o Good verbal and written communication skills.

o Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
o High level knowledge of organization and project management
o Good with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
o Proficiency with calendar and travel management

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of Two (5) years of Executive Assistant experience preferred.
- Recognized Certification is an added advantage.

Salary Range: N350,000.00 - N400,000.00
