Drive growth strategies and revenue expansion.
Identify new business opportunities.

Lead full-cycle sales processes.

Use CRM tools to track sales performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years in business development (media/finance experience a plus).
Proven success meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to mentor junior team members.
