Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors during construction.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control.
- Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with clients.
- Delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Present design concepts and project updates to clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.
- Develop detailed specifications and schedules.
- Conduct code research and analysis.
- Coordinate with consultants and engineers to integrate building systems.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences. Integrate sustainable design principles into projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of architectural projects.
