We’re Hiring: Senior Accountant
Location: Lekki, Lagos State | Full Time
Periwinkle Residences Limited, a trailblazer in luxury real estate development, is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Accountant to join our finance team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost controls for multiple projects.
- Ensure timely tax filings (VAT, WHT, CIT) and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification: ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent (mandatory).
- Minimum of 10 years of Accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Nigerian tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, ERP systems). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
