- We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to join our fast-paced team. You’ll be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and helping our engineering teams deliver high-quality products efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and coach the development team on Agile/Scrum best practices
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining a healthy product backlog
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress
- Track team performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a tech or product-focused environment
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Dev, Product, QA, Design)
- Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
