We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Rep to join our team in the FMCG industry. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a talent for sales and a desire to make a significant impact with strong knowledge of the local market, Proficient in driving and a drivers Linces and prior exposure to consumer goods, cosmetics, or related industries.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets through effective strategies and timely execution
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and report regularly.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and deliver actionable intelligence.
  • Represent the company professionally in all engagements.
  • Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and competitor activities.


Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented and highly driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in driving and a driver's license.
