Job Title: Sales Marketing and Business Development Strategist

Location: Lagos

Type: Full-time

Salary: 200,000 - 300,000 (plus commission on each sales)

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Marketing and Business Development Strategist to drive revenue, enhance brand positioning, and unlock new growth opportunities. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution—ideal for a professional who can lead marketing initiatives, drive sales pipelines, and cultivate meaningful business relationships. You'll be responsible for identifying new markets, creating targeted campaigns, and building strategies that fuel both short-term wins and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets to drive company growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive activities.

- Develop sales strategies, pitches, and proposals tailored to customer needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on customer expectations and close deals.

- Track sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets.

Marketing Strategy

- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns (digital and offline) aligned with business goals.

- Plan and implement branding initiatives to enhance visibility and customer engagement.

- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to optimize future initiatives.

- Coordinate content creation and oversee promotional materials.

Strategic Planning & Execution

- Align marketing and sales initiatives with short and long-term business objectives.

- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on business performance, forecasts, and strategy outcomes.

- Identify and propose strategic partnerships, alliances, or distribution channels.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience (2–3 years) in sales, marketing, and business development roles.

- Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
