Salary: ₦120,000 monthly + Attractive Commissions
About the Company
We are a reputable building materials importation and distribution company, supplying premium products for construction and housing projects. As we expand, we are seeking energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing professionals to actively promote our products, secure new clients, and drive consistent sales.
Role Overview
This role combines both marketing and sales functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to attract new customers, promoting our building materials, and converting leads into paying clients. Success in this position requires confidence, persistence, and a strong ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Market the company’s building materials through both online and offline channels.
Actively prospect, engage, and onboard new customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed set targets.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to drive repeat sales.
Implement marketing campaigns to boost product visibility and brand awareness.
Track and report sales performance while providing insights to management.
Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years proven experience in sales and marketing
Strong ability to convert leads into sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated.
Must be based in or willing to work from Abraham Adesanya, Ajah.
