Job Summary:
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. The Sales Executive will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. A successful candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Meet with clients virtually or during sales visits to present, promote, and sell products/services.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with customer and prospect information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings when required.
- Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office / CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Hands-on experience with cold calling and client handling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven. BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
