Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, performing market analysis, coordinating with marketing teams, and providing sales reports. The role requires regular in-office attendance in Ibadan, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management.
- Skills in Sales Strategies, Market Analysis, and Sales Reporting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Experience in the industry is a plus.
