Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented and highly organized professional who thrives on identifying new business opportunities and building long-term customer partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering growth in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives.
- Create and implement revenue-driving sales strategies.
- Monitor performance and provide accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including onboarding and documentation.
- Strengthen key customer relationships and resolve high-level client concerns.
- Optimize ERP and CRM systems for data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Lead customer service and after-sales activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and supply chain teams.
- Coach and mentor the sales team to enhance capability and performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
- Identify and explore new markets and distribution channels for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Provide periodic reports to management and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Education: BSc, HND, or OND in Architecture, Building Technology, or Engineering (Civil, Chemical, or Industrial).
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a sales leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and reporting tools. Deep knowledge of construction and chemical materials is an added advantage
