Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert qualified leads through calls, networking, and digital channels.
- Drive sales for our estate projects, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Conduct site inspections and property tours with clients.
- Manage client relationships and ensure top-tier customer experience. Consistently hit and exceed sales.
Requirements:
- 1+ years proven sales experience (Real estate background preferred).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication & relationship-building ability.
- Self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure with a results-first mindset.
- Familiarity with Lagos & Ogun real estate markets is a plus.
