Salary: N450,000 – N500,000/month

Are you a technically savvy and target-driven professional with a passion for sales? We're looking for a Sales Engineer to join our growing team!
This role is ideal for someone who understands both the commercial and technical aspects of industrial sales, especially in sectors such as FMCG, Oil & Gas, or Engineering Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend technical solutions
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
- Prepare technical/commercial proposals, datasheets, and BOQs
- Manage bids, tenders, and procurement documentation (RFPs/RFQs)
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Use CRM/ERP tools (SAP, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) to manage pipeline and reporting
- Conduct weekly forecasts and performance reviews
- Maintain deep understanding of products (e.g., valves, pumps, turbines, automation systems)
- Translate technical concepts into value-driven presentations for clients
Requirements:
- BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
- Proven sales record (₦300M+ annually) in FMCG or Oil & Gas industries
- Existing client base is a strong advantage
- Strong skills in proposal writing, tendering, and technical communication
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent negotiation and client engagement abilities
- Located in or willing to work in Lagos
