We are seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our real estate sales team. you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to understand client needs to provide effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close sales.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products/services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
