The ideal candidate will be capable of creating effective marketing strategies and generating

sales, drive the efforts of sales teams and generate additional sales and revenue. This

candidate should be comfortable creating or collaborate on content to drive sales teams and

have an ability to evaluate a marketing campaign to guarantee additional sales, revenue and

margins across TG products.

Additionally, this candidate should have a good understanding

of the goals of the sales team and ultimately operate as a Sales Manager across the

Southwest.

An understanding of the dynamics of the evolving downstream oil and gas sector is a must

have .

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and marketing numbers and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence to

increase volume ,margins and channels growth.

• Drive marketing resources and run campaigns to enhance work of sales teams, Identify

target audiences and close sales and marketing numbers from a volume, revenue and

margins point of view through direct selling and marketing campaigns

• Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through Sales Volume and margins metrics and

deliverables

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 13 years Retail Sales Experience in Downstream Energy Oil and Gas or related

field

• Strong creative, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team across the south west
Proficient in Microsoft Office and E commerce
