- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Kaduna.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving product awareness, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Kaduna region
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase product visibility and market share
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis
- Meet or exceed sales targets and prepare regular sales reports
- Organize and attend marketing activities and promotional events
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing (FMCG experience is an added advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Kaduna.
