Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits.
- Train staff on health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry safety standards. Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) required.
- 2–4 years’ experience in HSE role within construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and practices.
- Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
