Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand clients’ needs, concerns, and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet them.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring effective communication.
- Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and overall customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products/services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on progress, feedback, and business opportunities. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide insights and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Client Service Executive, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an added advantage.
