Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Abuja for a Quality Control Manager at Otega Restaurant. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing all quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, supervising quality assurance processes, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Food Safety knowledge
- Experience in implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
