Evans Industries Limited is an indigenous manufacturer of Eva Complexion Care Soap and Meditol Antiseptic Soap. The company offers variants of Eva soap, as well as medicated and antiseptic soaps. Evans is a subsidiary of Ekulo Group of Companies, established in July 3, 1984.

Role Description

This is a full-time Quality Control Officer role located in Ikeja. The Quality Control Officer will be responsible for conducting quality control inspections, analysing product samples, communicating findings to the production team, utilising laboratory skills, and ensuring that quality assurance standards are met on-site.

1. Accurate analysis of raw materials, packing materials and finished products.

2. Ensure the online process meets the required specifications before release.

3. Preparation and standardization of laboratory reagents and chemicals

4. Routine calibration of laboratory equipment and maintenance.

5. Develop, review, of test methods and operational SOP.

6. Ensure proper documentation of laboratory operations.

7. Ensure GMP and accurate dispensing in the compounding area and the preparation of monthly variance report.

8. Assist Quality Assurance Manager in daily functions.

9. Assist QA Manager in the implementation of ISO 9001-2015, CGMP, GLP etc.

10. Relieve QA Manager as at when due.

11. Coordinate factory HSE programme and publish weekly report.

12. Management representative (Shift manager) during shift production.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
