This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in site coordination, construction supervision, and interior project execution.<br /> <br /> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Assist in the coordination and supervision of daily on-site activities</li> <li>Monitor and report project progress, site conditions, and contractor performance</li> <li>Support Site Manager in managing schedules, materials, and installation timelines</li> <li>Participate in site meetings and help prepare site documentation and reports</li> <li>Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures</li> <li>Liaise with vendors, contractors, and design teams for seamless project execution</li> <li>Track and organize project-related materials and tools</li> <li>Identify and report site issues or delays promptly to supervisors</li> </ul> <strong>Requirements</strong> <ul> <li>Recent graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field</li> <li>Strong interest in project/site supervision and interior fit-out execution</li> <li>Good organizational and multitasking abilities</li> <li>Effective communication and teamwork skills</li> <li>Basic knowledge of construction materials, processes, and HSE practices</li> <li>Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and project documentation</li> </ul>
