Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Project Quantity Surveyor at BRIAN NEIL CONSTRUCTION. As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for tasks related to cost control, bill of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.
Qualifications
Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
Experience in creating and managing bills of quantities (BOQ)
Proficiency in cost reporting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of relevant software/tools: AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project Office, Excel &word
Relevant degree or certification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Project Management Experience
Experience in building Construction

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
