ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Effective self-leadership as an individual contributor in a high-performance environment. Coordination of delivery of projects to meet the business goals.
- Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
- Review the project schedule with senior project manager and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
- Create a work plan in which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
- Effective project budget control.
- Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project. Manage and drive sub-contractors and suppliers for speedy deliverables.
- Work closely with other functional units to ensure the success of the project. (Energy, Operations, Property, SCM and Engineering) when required.
- Responsible for effective quality control of project delivery programs.
- Ensure project delivery within scheduled time.
- Effective management of project risk, report project risk trigger and advise on preventive action plan.
- Project scope definition and verification in collaboration with the senior project manager.
- Ensure project document are complete, up-to-date and properly secure.
- Ensure tracking and monitoring of projects from start to finish..
- Ensure project trackers are completely and accurately updated.
- Ensure project payment is based on SLA.
• University or Technical Degree in Civil [Structures Option], electrical/Electronics, mechanical Quantity Surveying or Building Technologies and/or Construction Management preferred
• 5 or more years of experience in project managing wireless telecommunication site development, collocation, DC system deployment etc..
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience or more in Telecommunication or Infrastructure Company, with direct involvement in project activities.
• Demonstrated expertise in project / program management with wireless telecommunication projects through prior experience in network deployment and/or large-scale construction projects
• Demonstrable awareness of health and safety legislation.
