Job Position: Project Manager
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee real estate development projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Drive property marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and legal requirements.
- Monitor budgets, project timelines, and quality standards.
- Follow up with prospects, manage client relationships, and ensure sales conversions.
- Liaise with legal counsel to monitor and follow up on property-related legal cases.
- Prepare and present project and marketing progress reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Project Management, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in real estate project management, sales/marketing, and legal case follow-up.
- Strong understanding of property laws, land acquisition, and contractual agreements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing tools.
