A Project Manager is needed – to support the retrofitting of a hospital building as well as working with medical equipment manufacturers and other suppliers.
Minimum Qualification: Degree
Experience Level: Management level
Experience Length: 3 years Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Producing sketch drawings if required and oversee production of detail designs.
• Negotiating with contractors and other professionals.
• Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists.
• Coordinating the work of contractors.
• Responsible for ensuring that renovation work designs conforms with equipment provider’s specification.
• Making site visits to check on progress.
• Dealing with problems that might come up during building renovation.
• Have strong visual awareness and an eye for details.
• Must be creative.
Perform all other tasks incidental to the job role and as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as an Architect.
• Good Communication skills (written, spoken, appearance).
• Analytical Competence.
• Tenacity.
• High standards of ethics, integrity.
• Excellent time management skills.
Proficient in the use of AutoCad, Revit, Sketchup ,Lumion, 3ds Max.
