DESCRIPTION
- Assist in the sourcing and procurement of materials in line with operational needs.
- Process purchase orders for food, consumables, and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to offshore/onshore sites.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely supply of quality goods at competitive prices.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store and production teams to avoid stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
- Source and vet suppliers, focusing on quality, cost, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternatives where necessary.
- Prepare procurement reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support tendering processes and contract administration.
REQUIREMENT
- HND/B.Sc in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in procurement, preferable in catering or hospitality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- Sound understanding of procurement procedures and vendor sourcing.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of HACCP principles.
