JOB SUMMARY: Provide technical support to the sales team and carry out IT Support services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and coordinate project implementation with subcontractors.
- Support the sales team in identifying customer requirements and proposing appropriate solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), and workshops for clients.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and quotes
- Answer technical questions from customers and address their concerns
- Design and propose IT infrastructure architectures, including hardware sizing, network topology, virtualization environments, and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with technical solution write-ups, diagrams, and Bill of Materials (BoM).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure that product offerings meet customer needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and distributors for solution pricing and support.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product developments
- Providing technical training to the sales team and customers
- Ensure up-to-date compliance with OEMs requirements and portal management
- Provide IT Support services.
- Providing security consulting services to clients, including risk assessment, disaster planning, and security awareness training.
QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in similar role.

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies i.e Servers & Storage (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Nutanix), Virtualization & Cloud (VMware, Red Hat, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS), Networking (Switching, Routing, Firewalls : Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto) and Backup & DR ( Veeam, Commvault, Zerto).
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical and business-oriented solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Experience preparing and delivering client-facing proposals and designs.
- Ability to conduct competitive solution positioning.
