Job Summary
The POS Operations Interns will support the day-to-day management of POS terminals. This includes preparing terminals for assignment, assisting with inventory tracking, supporting dispatch and logistics operations, and helping with POS requests and business account setups when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Prep POS terminals for new agents and merchants.
- Assist in processing POS requests, including creating or updating merchant/business records.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assigned and returned devices.
- Collaborate with the POS and support teams to resolve terminal-related issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and ensure devices are ready for field deployment.
- Ensure terminals are tested, configured, and logged properly before dispatch.
- Support the logistics and dispatch team with terminal delivery and tracking.
Requirements
- Preferred candidate must reside along Lekki-Ajah Axis for easy commute to the office location at Chevron Drive.
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any field (or currently studying).
- Strong attention to detail and basic technical competence.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and support field logistics.
- Interest in fintech, operations, or logistics is a plus.

Pay: ₦70,000.00 - ₦80,000.00 per month
