Job Title: Out-of-Home (OOH) Executive
Experience Required: 2–3 years post-NYSC (AGENCY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Out-of-Home (OOH) Executive that plays a key support role in the planning, coordination, and execution. The OOH Executive contributes to the effectiveness of OOH campaigns by managing operational processes, resolving field-related issues, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end implementation of OOH campaigns across markets, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Manage relationships with media vendors, site owners, and monitoring agencies to ensure campaign delivery and compliance.
Keep an updated inventory of available OOH sites, campaign placements, and market activity, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to provide updates, respond to requests, and support campaign-related queries.
Manage campaign tracking, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation with Finance
Monitor adherence to campaign guidelines, creative specifications, and industry standards throughout campaign execution.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Good knowledge of media buying tools and best control practices
Proficient in OOH tracking/reporting tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualifications:
A degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or any related field
2–3 years of agency experience in media buying and OOH campaign support
Familiarity with data collection from multiple sources and working cross-functionally with internal teams.
ARCON membership is mandatory; alternatively, evidence of registration in progress must be provided.
