Key Responsibilities:
- Clinic Operations:
- Oversee daily operations including appointment scheduling, front-desk management, and treatment room readiness.
- Ensure clinic cleanliness, safety, and maintenance meet medical-grade standards.
- Supervise inventory of skincare products, injectables, and equipment supplies.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage, support, and train staff including aestheticians, nurses, front desk, and administrative personnel.
- Create work schedules and ensure proper staffing levels.
- Conduct performance evaluations and team meetings.
- Client Experience:
- Ensure high-quality customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Handle escalated client concerns or complaints with professionalism and care.
- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
- Business Operations:
- Develop and manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost-efficiency strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and branding.
- Track KPIs such as client retention, appointment rates, and revenue growth.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and data privacy laws.
- Maintain all relevant certifications and licenses for the clinic and staff.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for inspections, audits, and supply needs.
- Technology & Systems:
- Manage the use of clinic management software, EMR systems, and digital booking tools.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and digital upgrades.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in a medical aesthetics or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with aesthetic treatments and terminology (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser treatments).
- Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
