About the Role
Wildfire Business Solutions Ltd is looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the firm.
This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the fields of operations, project coordination, and product management. You will work closely with our development team and department leads to help keep the business running smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a fast learner, and excited about working in a tech and innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Support:
Assist in coordinating the firm’s daily activities and ensuring smooth internal workflows across teams.
Project Coordination:
Support the technical and design teams in managing project timelines, tracking tasks, and following up on deliverables.
Team Check-ins & Communication:
Join and help document daily standups and internal check-ins. Ensure action points are tracked and followed up.
Client Deliverables Follow-up:
Collaborate with project leads to ensure client expectations and deliverables are met on time.
Documentation:
Assist in preparing internal reports, updating operational documents, and maintaining organized digital records.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Serve as a support link between teams, helping to keep everyone aligned and informed.
Task Monitoring & Reporting:
Use tools like Trello, ClickUp, or Jira to track project progress and report updates to the Chief of Operations.
Requirements
- NYSC corps member currently serving in Lagos/ a recent graduate with internship experience in Operation, Project and Product management
- Familiarity with project management methodologies like AGILE or SCRUM
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience working in tech startups or digital product development.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Jira, or ClickUp is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask Must be available to work from our Ilupeju office at least 2–3 times a week.
