Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse/Caregiver to provide quality health care and personal support to clients. The ideal candidate will ensure patients’ comfort, monitor their health conditions, administer prescribed treatments, and assist with daily living activities in line with medical best practices and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rate).
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse.
- Assist patients with physical therapy exercises and mobility aids.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Report changes in patients’ health or behavior to supervisors or medical professionals promptly.
- Support emotional well-being through companionship and empathy.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a Diploma/Certificate in Nursing, Midwifery, or Caregiving.
- Experience: Prior experience as a caregiver, nurse assistant, or similar role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Other: Must be physically fit and able to perform care duties.
