Job Description/Requirements
We'll like to meet you, if you are passionate about driving content development and Nigerian participation in the oil and gas sector. What we're looking for, is a strategically and compliance inclined Nigerian Content Development (NCD) professional, to lead our local content strategy and initiatives, in alignment with the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act and NCDMB regulations.
- ️ Needed Requirements
:• Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a compliance or local content role, with a strong focus on the oil and gas industry or other regulated industries in Nigeria
.• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act and experience working with NCDMB or similar regulatory bodies
.• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of project management software and data reporting tools is preferred
.• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills, with an ability to drive compliance across diverse teams and projects

What You’ll Do
:•Develop and execute local content strategies that maximize Nigerian workforce, goods, and services
.•Ensure full compliance with NCDMB regulations and submit timely compliance reports
.•Build and nurture relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and community stakeholders
.•Lead training and employment programs to boost Nigerian talent in the sector
.•Represent the company in industry forums and regulatory engagements
