Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate music classes and programs.
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise qualified music instructors.
- Monitor student progress and ensure a high-quality learning environment.
- Handle administrative tasks including budgeting, payments, and reporting.
- Develop and implement ideas to improve academy operations and attract new students.
- Serve as the main point of contact for teachers, students, and parents. Ensure the academy runs efficiently and meets its goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in Music or Theater Arts
