Our cocktail menu is a storytelling journey, and we’re looking for a Mixologist who can bring flavor, flair, and creativity to every pour.
As our Mixologist, you won’t just serve drinks you’ll design experiences in a glass.
What You’ll Do:
Craft Signature Cocktails:
Develop art-inspired, seasonal, and themed cocktails that reflect our brand’s creative spirit. Contribute to a bar menu that’s bold, memorable, and rooted in storytelling.
Engage Guests Creatively:
Deliver high-level guest service, educate guests on ingredients and flavors, and personalize recommendations based on taste preferences and mood.
Oversee Bar Setup & Readiness:
Ensure the bar is prepped, clean, and fully stocked before service. Organize tools, garnish stations, and maintain aesthetic standards at the bar.
Maintain Hygiene & Safety Standards:
Follow health and safety guidelines strictly from glassware sanitation to alcohol handling and guest safety.
Train & Collaborate with the Bar Team:
Mentor junior bartenders and barbacks on mixology techniques, pouring accuracy, and service finesse. Work closely with the kitchen and events team on pairings and curated menus.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years experience as a mixologist or lead bartender in a high-end or creative bar
- Deep knowledge of spirits, flavor profiles, and cocktail history
- Passion for mixology as both a science and an art form
- Ability to multitask, perform under pressure, and keep the energy vibrant
- Flair bartending or storytelling skills are a plus
- Must be based in Abuja
