Job Title: Mixologist / Bartender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Mixologist/Bartender to craft high-quality beverages, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to a memorable guest experience. You will be responsible for creating innovative cocktails, preparing classic drinks, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with speed and accuracy
- Create new cocktail recipes and update the drink menu in collaboration with the bar manager
- Provide recommendations and upsell beverages based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of drinks
- Participate in bar setup and breakdown at the beginning and end of shifts
- Attend staff meetings and training as required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers
- Creativity and a passion for mixology and hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
