Role Description

This is a remote volunteer role for a Mentor/facilitator at The Tech Eagle Community. As a Mentor, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and advice to women in the Tech industry. Tasks may include mentoring sessions, providing feedback on career development, and sharing personal insights and experiences.

As a facilitator, you will be responsible for teaching trainees during classes which happen once a week, give assignments/tasks, weekly assessments, and a capstone project at the end of the training.

As a Social Media manager/content creator, you'll help us share our impact stories, boost engagement, grow our presence across our social media platforms, and reach more women/mothers who might need our initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Tech industry
• Mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and understanding towards career challenges faced by women in tech
• Ability to work remotely and support mentees virtually
• Knowledge of career development strategies
• Strong networking skills
Previous mentorship experience is a plus but not compulsory
