This role also contributes to medical audits, compliance, and continuous improvement of healthcare delivery.
- Conduct physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and clinical assessments.
- Diagnose medical conditions and prescribe appropriate treatments.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
- Monitor patient progress and follow up on treatment outcomes.
- Support public health initiatives and wellness programs.
- Participate in clinical audits and medical case reviews.
- Comply with medical ethics, regulatory standards, and internal protocols.
- Mentor interns and junior clinical staff as needed.
