Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital content for Uncle Stan’s Foods. The role focuses on implementing strategies that increase brand awareness, boost sales across outlets, and engage customers both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with outlets to ensure timely rollout of marketing materials and offers.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance.
- Digital & Social Media
- Manage day-to-day social media activities (content creation, posting, and engagement).
- Track analytics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions) and report insights.
- Support influencer marketing and collaborations.
- Content & Branding
- Assist in creating marketing materials (flyers, posters, banners, online graphics).
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels.
- Work with designers and vendors to produce marketing collateral.
- Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries on social platforms.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing manager.
- Support initiatives to build customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Event & Promotion Support
- Help organize and coordinate store activations, product launches, and special events.
- Ensure promotional items are available and distributed.
- Administrative Support
- Maintain marketing databases and contact lists.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and expense records.
- Handle vendor coordination for promotional items and media placements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or digital media (preferably in QSR, retail, or FMCG).
- Proficiency in social media management tools and basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
