Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and tech-savvy Marketing and Sales Executive to support the sales and marketing efforts of our Security and AI Solutions division. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in selling biometric and access control solutions, with a passion for delivering results and engaging with clients. You will play a key role in generating leads, closing deals, and contributing to the overall growth of our Lagos-based center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through direct outreach, digital campaigns, and walk-in clients.
  

• Engage prospects, understand their needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
  

• Convert leads to closed sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  

• Support the execution of sales and marketing strategies to meet monthly targets.
  

• Assist in organising marketing events, roadshows, and BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns.
  

• Work closely with the digital marketing team to grow the company’s online visibility.
  

• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
  

• Stay informed about the company’s tech solutions including biometric systems, access control, networking, and AI products.
  

Requirements:

• HND/Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field).

• 2–4 years of experience in sales or marketing within the security or tech industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of networking, digital marketing, and tech-based solutions.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.

Familiarity with IT training or tech products is an added advantage.
