Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Actively promote the company’s products/services to new and existing customers.
- Create awareness through field campaigns, online marketing, fliers, and direct marketing strategies.
- Generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and online engagement.
- Follow up on leads, provide product information, and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Maintain good client relationships and build a loyal customer base.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market surveys to gather customer insights and competitor analysis.
- Identify new market trends, customer needs, and areas of opportunity.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in managing social media pages and online ads (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Ads).
- Create and share engaging marketing content to drive online traffic and inquiries.
- Respond to online customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare weekly reports on marketing activities, client feedback, and sales outcomes. Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, sales efforts, and follow-up schedules.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in the field of digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in approaching people and presenting products or services.
- Basic computer knowledge – Microsoft Office, email, and social media use.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in the field and under minimal supervision.
