We are hiring a results-driven Manager, Branch Operation to lead branch performance, improve service delivery, and support customer engagement and growth.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all branches for efficiency.
- Coordinate branch staff performance and activities.
- Set KPIs, assess performance, and provide coaching or corrective actions.
- Work with the current manager to ensure a smooth transition.
- Implement service improvement strategies with management.
- Enhance customer service experience.
- Visit clients/prospects to maintain and build relationships.
- Resolve escalations and customer complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with sales/marketing for local customer acquisition. Track performance metrics and submit reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' operations management experience.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills. Background in logistics is an added advantage.
Location: Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 (Negotiable)
