Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mall Facility Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Mall Facility Manager will oversee the daily operations of the mall, ensuring the facility is well-maintained and secure. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and overseeing budgets and expenditures to ensure financial accountability. The role also involves tenant management, addressing customer inquiries, and implementing improvement plans to enhance the mall's environment and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility management, tenant relations, and vendor management
• Knowledge of safety regulations, maintenance, and security protocols
• Strong budgeting, financial management, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in the real estate or commercial property industry is a plus
